It's true. I keep saying, "more on this later" and then not really writing any blog entries.
Well, today I will mercifully provide you all with an update on my life. Bulleted:
- This week I started my new job. I have been going to meetings and training sessions all week, and thus, have not had lots of spare time to blog, until today. Even now, there's stuff I should be doing, but no meetings are tearing me away from my computer.
- Today I signed up a few people for a blood drive. This really brought home the fact that I really don't know who all works in my department and who does not. I was not terribly convincing trying to get people to do something I wouldn't want to do.
- My roommate's cat had a seizure again last night. My roommate was there, I was not. I don't know how the cat is now, but I think my roommate would have mention if it had died, so I'll put it's current status as "alive."
- Maggie and I are busy trying to close a deal on an apartment that I haven't seen yet. I will look at it tonight if I catch the guy in time.
- Tonight I am watching "Irresponsible Captain Tylor" with N. It is a great show!!
- Last Monday I meant to write about the awesome episode of "Mission Hill" that aired last Sunday on Cartoon Network. More on this later.

Weather: Extremely hot and hazy. Just now it's geting weirdly overcast and windy. Storms expected this evening.
Traffic: Flowing smoothly into the Licoln Tunnel
Blogs: This blog is THE MOST BORING ENTRY YET.
Apartments: Maggie and I put some money down on a decent one. By decent I mean good location, seperate bedrooms, no visible cockroaches.

I've got a story idea now.
I start my new job Monday.
Maggie and I have been looking at crappy, crappy apartments. Someday I will go to Avenue D to die, but I would never pay $850 a month to live there.
